Responsible Vaping & Health Disclaimer
Responsible Vaping & Health Disclaimer
This page sets out important health and safety information for anyone using vaping products purchased from Vapsshop.ae. Please read it carefully before using any e-cigarette, disposable vape, pod system, or e-liquid.
Nicotine is an addictive substance
Most products sold on this site contain nicotine, a chemical known to be addictive. Nicotine-containing products are intended for use by existing adult smokers and vapers only. If you do not currently use nicotine or tobacco products, we do not recommend you start.
Not a smoking cessation product
Vaping products sold by Vapsshop.ae are consumer nicotine products, not medical devices or approved smoking cessation aids. They have not been evaluated or approved by any health authority as a method to quit smoking. Anyone wishing to quit smoking or using nicotine should seek independent medical advice.
Who should not vape
- Anyone under the age of 18 (see our Age Restriction Disclaimer)
- Non-smokers and individuals with no prior nicotine use
- Pregnant or breastfeeding women
- Individuals with heart conditions, respiratory conditions, or other relevant medical conditions, unless advised otherwise by a doctor
Safe use and storage
- Keep all devices, pods, and e-liquids out of reach of children and pets — nicotine e-liquid can be harmful or fatal if swallowed.
- Never puncture, crush, disassemble, or expose a vape battery to heat, fire, or water.
- Use only the charging cable and charging method supplied or recommended for your device.
- Discontinue use and consult a doctor if you experience adverse effects such as dizziness, nausea, or irritation.
Where you can and cannot vape in the UAE
Public vaping in the UAE is governed by Federal Law No. 15 of 2009 on Tobacco Control. Vaping is restricted or prohibited in many public parks, beaches, government buildings, and enclosed public spaces, and Dubai Municipality specifically restricts vaping in a number of parks and beaches. Vaping in a vehicle with a child present is an offence. Always check local signage and rules before vaping in a public place.
UAE certification
Vaping products in the UAE are regulated by the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology (MoIAT) through the Emirates Conformity Assessment Scheme (ECAS), and must meet UAE.S 5030:2018 (Electronic Nicotine Products), which caps e-liquid nicotine strength at 20 mg/ml (2%). Where a product listed on this site exceeds that figure, please check the physical ECAS/MoIAT mark on the product and contact us with any compliance questions before use.
