E-liquids: the UAE caps freebase and salt-nicotine e-liquid strength at 20mg/ml (2%) under MOIAT’s mandatory registration and labeling framework for electronic nicotine products — see MOIAT’s regulation notice. Every freebase and salt-nic bottle listed above is within that cap.
Nicotine pouches: tobacco-free nicotine pouches are regulated separately under Cabinet Resolution No. (2) of 2025 on Technical Regulations for Tobacco-Free Nicotine Pouches, with a maximum of 16.6mg nicotine per pouch and mandatory MoIAT/ECAS certification since 31 July 2025. White Fox’s GN Tobacco Black pouch is rated 22.5mg — above that cap — so check the can’s compliance marking before buying.
