ISGO Paris 1500 Review: 7 Key Specs, Flavours & Price (Dubai, 2026)

Overview

This ISGO Paris 1500 review covers the smallest ISGO we stock: a 5ml sealed pod pen at 50mg/ml (5%) nicotine salt with a 1,100mAh battery, a 1,500-puff rating and sixteen flavours, sold in Dubai for AED 30 as a single or AED 249 for a box of ten. It is a pocket pen from an earlier generation of disposables, before 2,500 puffs became the entry standard, and its case today rests on its size, its flavour list and a 1,100mAh battery that is large for a 5ml tank.

Key takeaways:

• 50mg nicotine: 2.5× the UAE’s standard 20mg/ml cap — check the compliance mark on the box.
• Rated 1,500 puffs from 5ml (manufacturer-stated; real-world results vary with draw length).
• Sixteen flavours including Nuts Tobacco, Double Apple and Red Wine.
• AED 30 single, AED 25 boxed — AED 16.60–20.00 per 1,000 rated puffs, the highest on this list.
• Best as a backup or night-out pen for heavy 50mg users; poor value as a daily device.

ISGO Paris 1500 Review: Design and Build

The Paris is a short, slim cylinder with a matte shell, a colour-coded mouthpiece cap and a small LED at the base. There is no button, screen, airflow ring or charging port; the device activates on inhale. The mouthpiece is a narrow round bore designed for a tight mouth-to-lung (MTL) draw, close to a cigarette. At a listed weight of about 28 grams it is a very light, pocket-sized pen that suits a shirt pocket or a small clutch.

The coil is a conventional wire coil. The 1,100mAh battery is very large for a 5ml tank, which on paper is the Paris’s best design decision: the cell is not the limiting part, so a sealed pen with a small tank is unlikely to be discarded with liquid left because of battery. The trade-off is that a bigger cell than needed adds cost and weight to a device rated at only 1,500 puffs. Against the Yuoto XXL 2500 at the same AED 30 single price, the Paris is smaller and lighter but is rated for 1,000 fewer puffs, which is the whole story of this review. Real-world results vary with how you draw and how often you vape.

Flavours and Vapour Output

Sixteen flavours is generous for a pen this size, and the list has range. It includes Nuts Tobacco, Passion Fruit Guava, Double Apple, Red Wine, Orange Ice and Lush Ice, so there are tobacco, tropical, shisha-style and cold-fruit options. Flavour names are the manufacturer’s; choose by the profile you usually prefer. The wire coil and narrow bore are built for a moderately dense MTL vapour, and at 50mg/ml the nicotine hit per draw is firm.

Vapour output is designed to be modest and the draw is too tight for a lung inhale. We have not measured flavour accuracy, vapour volume or flavour longevity. If you want a similar flavour list in a bigger device, the ISGO Vegas 2800 at 20mg and the Isgo New York 8000 at 50mg carry much of the same range; our cheap disposable vape guide lists the entry tier.

Battery and Charging Specs

The Paris has a 1,100mAh sealed battery and a 5ml tank, with no charging port, so the pen is discarded when empty. The rating is 1,500 puffs; that is the manufacturer’s figure and assumes short, regular draws, so longer or more frequent draws use liquid faster. We have not measured real-world puff counts, and results will vary.

A 1,500-puff rating is a short run by today’s standards, which is both the point and the problem. As a backup pen kept in a bag or a car for the day a pod runs dry, a small sealed pen is convenient; as a daily device a heavy user would be replacing it often. Store it upright and out of heat, since a small tank is more exposed to a hot car than a big bar. If you want the same size class with more rated puffs, the Yuoto Luscious 3000 and ISGO Vegas 2800 are the obvious upgrades; our battery and charging guide and puff count guide explain why battery-to-tank balance matters more than headline mAh.

Nicotine Strength and UAE Compliance

The ISGO Paris 1500 is 50mg/ml (5%) nicotine salt, 2.5× the UAE’s standard 20mg/ml e-liquid cap. Check the compliance mark on the retail box. This strength is for heavy smokers and existing 5% users; the tight draw keeps each pull small, but a first-time vaper will still find it harsh. Our UAE nicotine cap explainer sets out the regulation and the context.

For a compliant 20mg pen at a similar size, the ISGO Vegas 2800 is the same brand’s answer and our ISGO Vegas 2800 review covers it; the nicotine strength guide helps with the choice. Nicotine is addictive, and these products are sold only to adults aged 18 and over under UAE regulations; the UAE’s tobacco provisions are published at u.ae.

Who Should Buy the ISGO Paris 1500

The Paris suits a heavy 50mg user who wants the smallest possible backup pen, a night-out device that fits a clutch, or a tobacco or shisha flavour in a sealed pen. The sixteen-flavour list is broad, the 1,100mAh battery is generous for its tank, and a box of ten mixed flavours covers a lot of occasions for AED 249.

Skip it as a daily device; at AED 16.60 per 1,000 rated puffs boxed it is the most expensive per rated puff on this list, and the Yuoto Luscious 3000 is rated at twice the puffs for AED 2 less a unit boxed. Skip it if you need 20mg, or if you want a rechargeable. Our best disposable vape in Dubai guide covers the alternatives and the ISGO brand hub lists the full range, including the Vegas, the New York and the ISGO Bar.

Value: Cost Per 1,000 Puffs and Box Pricing

For this ISGO Paris 1500 review, value starts at AED 30, which is AED 20.00 per 1,000 rated puffs. The box of ten at AED 249 brings the unit to AED 25 and the cost to AED 16.60 per 1,000 rated puffs. These figures are based on rated puffs, not measured ones. Every other pen in the table is cheaper per rated puff: the Yuoto Luscious 3000 is AED 7.70 boxed, the Yuoto XXL 2500 AED 9.20 boxed, the Elf Bar 2600 AED 10.80 boxed, and the rechargeable 10,000-puff class AED 3.30 to 4.00.

The Paris is priced as a convenience item and should be bought as one. What you pay for is the size, the flavour list and the 50mg strength; what you give up is economy. For a backup pen used a few times a month, the per-puff cost matters little; for a daily vaper it is decisive. Prices include the 100% federal excise on e-smoking products and 5% VAT; our disposable vape price guide explains why small bars carry a higher per-puff cost.

Comparison Table

ISGO Paris 1500 vs Yuoto Luscious 3000

Same single price, both 50mg sealed pens. The Luscious is rated at twice the puffs; the Paris is smaller and has sixteen flavours including tobacco. Unless size is decisive, the Luscious is lower per rated puff; see our Yuoto Luscious 3000 review.

ISGO Paris 1500 vs ISGO Vegas 2800

The Vegas costs AED 5 more for nearly twice the puffs, a mesh coil, adjustable airflow and a compliant 20mg strength. The Paris is only the better choice if you need 50mg in the smallest possible shell.

Getting the most from the Paris

Take slow draws with a pause between them, keep it upright and out of direct sun, and treat it as a backup rather than a daily device.

End of life and disposal

The Paris contains a lithium cell; take it to an e-waste point. Our UAE disposal guide lists the options.

Verdict

This ISGO Paris 1500 review comes down to size and strength: a 5ml pen with a 1,100mAh battery, rated at 1,500 puffs, sixteen flavours and a per-puff cost that is the highest on this list. Buy it as a 50mg backup or night-out pen and it fits that role; for everyday use, other pens in the table are lower per rated puff. Buy the ISGO Paris 1500 at Vaps Shop AE.
