About this review: specs, flavours and prices come from the manufacturer and our Dubai catalogue; we have not independently tasted or measured this e-liquid. Last updated: 29 September 2026.
I Love Salt Review: Bottle Size and Formulation
I Love Salt is supplied in a 30ml bottle and is listed as a nicotine salt e-liquid. The listed VG/PG ratio is 50/50. The catalogue price is AED 35, which works out at AED 1.17 per ml.
The listing gives a 50/50 PG/VG ratio and names three ingredients: nicotine, vegetable glycerin and propylene glycol. The manufacturer describes a mix flavour profile across the range and a consistent throat hit with fast nicotine absorption; those descriptions are unmeasured here.
Nicotine salt liquids use a nicotine form that is generally smoother at higher strengths than freebase, which is why salts are sold in small bottles at 20mg/ml and above. A 30ml bottle is sized for refilling a pod device over time rather than filling a large tank, and the 50/50 style of base is a common choice for low-power devices because it wicks easily.
Flavour Range
The catalogue lists 21 flavours for I Love Salt: Blue Raspberry, Blue Raspberry Ice, Blue Raspberry Lemon, Blue Strawberry, Classic Menthol, Classic Tobacco, Grappleberry, Juicy Apple, Lulu Lemonade, Orange Pineapple Crush, Peach Mango, Peach Mango Ice and 9 more.
Twenty-one names make this the second-longest 30ml salt list after Vgod Salt. It mixes fruit, lemonade, candy, menthol and tobacco: Classic Menthol, Spearmint and Spearmint Gum cover mint, and Classic Tobacco covers tobacco. The manufacturer describes the range as extensive and mixed, which suits buyers who want more than fruit and ice.
Flavour names and descriptions here are the manufacturer’s; we do not describe how any of them taste. Names carrying Ice, Iced or Frozen usually indicate a menthol cooling addition, and names without it are the plain version of the same profile. Pick the flavour names that match profiles you already know, and buy one bottle first rather than several.
Nicotine Strength and the UAE Cap
I Love Salt is listed in 25mg / 50mg salt nicotine. 25mg is 1.25× the UAE’s standard 20mg/ml cap — check the compliance mark; 50mg is 2.5× the UAE’s standard 20mg/ml cap — check the compliance mark. Nicotine is addictive, and higher strengths deliver more nicotine per puff, so small draws are the sensible starting point with any salt.
Sales are restricted to adults aged 18 and over under UAE regulations. The UAE’s tobacco provisions are published on the u.ae tobacco provisions page, and our UAE nicotine cap explainer explains what the compliance mark on the bottle means. If you are unsure which strength fits your device, our nicotine strength guide walks through the options.
Device Compatibility
The manufacturer lists the bottle as perfect for pod systems and MTL devices, in line with the 50/50 base and salt format. It is not intended for sub-ohm tanks.
As general category knowledge, salts suit refillable pod kits and other low-wattage mouth-to-lung devices, where coils commonly run around 0.8 to 1.2 ohm. They are not intended for high-wattage sub-ohm tanks, where the liquid would be used very quickly and the nicotine delivery would be much higher. Our coil resistance guide explains the coil side, and our pod kit coverage, such as the Vgod Pod Pro S review, shows what a typical refillable pod device looks like.
Price and Cost Per ml
I Love Salt is priced at AED 35 for 30ml, or AED 1.17 per ml. Among the liquids in the comparison table below, the lowest cost per ml is I Love Salt at AED 1.17 and the highest is Isgo Salt at AED 1.33.
At AED 35 for 30ml, or AED 1.17 per ml, it costs the same as the Vgod, Vozol and Voom bottles and AED 5 less than Isgo Salt and Pod Salt Core. For that price the list is among the longest in the group, which is the main value point on paper.
Free delivery applies to orders over AED 350, which is 11 bottles of I Love Salt at the listed price, or fewer when mixed with other items. The catalogue does not list a multi-buy price for this liquid, so we do not quote one. Prices can change, so confirm the current figure on the I Love Salt product page.
Who Should Buy I Love Salt
On paper, I Love Salt suits an adult salt user with a pod or MTL device who wants a broad flavour list including mint and tobacco names, and who is happy with a mid or a high strength at AED 35.
Skip it if you want a 20mg option, since it starts at 25mg, or if you use a sub-ohm tank. 50mg is 2.5× the UAE’s standard cap and is not for anyone unfamiliar with salts. The product is for adults only.

How to Read the Comparison
The table uses catalogue figures only: bottle size, type, listed nicotine strengths, listed VG/PG ratio, flavour count and price. Cost per ml is the price divided by the bottle size. The first row is I Love Salt; the rest are related liquids sold on the same site.
Storage and Handling in UAE Heat
As general guidance, keep e-liquid away from direct sun and out of parked cars, where UAE summer heat can degrade liquid and stress bottle caps. Store the bottle upright, capped, and out of reach of children and pets. Nicotine liquid is poisonous if swallowed, and skin contact should be washed off promptly.
Refilling a Pod Without Overfilling
When refilling a pod, fill to the marked maximum and leave a small air gap, since overfilling can lead to flooding at the airflow holes. Let a freshly filled pod sit briefly before use so the cotton can absorb the liquid, and do not mix salt liquids of different strengths in one pod.
Checking the Bottle Label
Before you use any bottle, check that the nicotine strength printed on the label matches what you ordered, that the batch details are readable, and that the compliance mark required for the UAE market is present. If the strength or mark looks wrong, contact us on WhatsApp before opening it.

Verdict
On the specifications alone, I Love Salt is a broad, low-priced 30ml salt with twenty-one flavours and two strengths. It is a sound catalogue choice for buyers who want mint or tobacco alongside fruit. This I Love Salt Review is based on manufacturer and catalogue figures rather than our own testing, and it gives no rating. Nicotine is addictive and sales are restricted to adults aged 18 and over.
