ISGO New York 8000 vs ISGO Vegas 2800: 7 Key Differences

Overview

ISGO New York 8000 vs ISGO Vegas 2800 compares two ISGO disposables that sit at opposite ends of the brand’s range: the New York is a 15ml rechargeable bar with 50mg nicotine and an 8,000-puff rating, while the Vegas is a 7.5ml sealed pen with 20mg nicotine, an adjustable airflow ring and a 2,800-puff rating.

In brief: the New York offers more liquid, a Type-C rechargeable battery and a much lower cost per 1,000 rated puffs; the Vegas offers the UAE-cap 20mg strength, a mesh coil with adjustable airflow and twenty flavours in a small pen. Nicotine strength and size are the biggest splits.

Key takeaways:

• – Nicotine: the New York is 50mg/ml, 2.5× the UAE’s standard 20mg/ml cap — check the compliance mark; the Vegas is 20mg/ml, at the cap.
• – Rated puffs: 8,000 for the New York and 2,800 for the Vegas (manufacturer-stated).
• – New York: 15ml, 650mAh Type-C, ten flavours. Vegas: 7.5ml, 1,300mAh sealed battery, twenty flavours.

About this comparison: specs, flavours and prices come from the manufacturer and our Dubai catalogue; we have not independently measured puff counts, battery life or flavour longevity. Last updated: 29 September 2026.

ISGO New York 8000 vs ISGO Vegas 2800: Design and Format

The ISGO New York is a tall, slim rectangular bar with a glossy shell in a city-skyline graphic, a small LED at the base and a Type-C port on the bottom. It carries 15ml of liquid behind a mesh coil and has a narrow oval mouthpiece for a medium-tight mouth-to-lung draw. Our catalogue text and published review disagree on whether it has adjustable airflow, so we show that row as not consistently listed.

The ISGO Vegas is a slim flat-oval pen with a soft-touch shell, a printed flavour label and a small LED at the base. It has no button, screen or charging port, but it does have a rotating airflow ring at the base and a mesh coil, which is unusual for a sealed pen. It carries 7.5ml. The design split is size and charging: the New York is the bigger, rechargeable bar, and the Vegas is the smaller pen with a tunable draw. Neither has a display, and we have not assessed build quality or durability.

Flavour Range and Vapour Format

The Vegas lists twenty flavours and the New York lists ten, so the Vegas is the broader range on paper, with fruit, dessert, tobacco and shisha-style names such as Brazilian Tobacco, Coconut Ice Cream and Red Wine. The New York’s list is fruit-and-ice leaning, with White Grape Ice, Lychee Mango and Cool Mint.

Both use mesh coils, which are designed to spread heat over a wider surface for smoother, denser vapour than a wire coil. The Vegas adds an airflow ring that moves between a tighter and looser draw, while the New York has a fixed medium-tight draw according to its published review.

ISGO New York 8000 lists 10 flavours: Blue Respberry Lemon, Cool Mint, Gold Black Berry, Kiwi Passion Fruit Guava, Lychee Mango, Mixed Berry Ice, Peach Blue Respberry Ice, Raspberry Strawberry, Watermelon Kiwi Ice, White Grape Ice. ISGO Vegas 2800 lists 20 flavours: Blueberry, Brazilian Tobacco, Cherry Coke, Coconut Ice Cream, Cola Ice, Cotton Candy, Double Apple, Energy Drink, Grape, Lush Ice, Mango Ice, Mint, Mixed Berries, Peach Ice, Peach Mango Watermelon, Red Wine, Strawberry Grape Energy, Strawberry Grape Ice, Strawberry Kiwi, Strawberry Watermelon Ice. Names are the manufacturer’s; we have not assessed how any of them taste, so choose by the profile you usually prefer.

Battery, Charging and Power Specs

The New York has a 650mAh battery with Type-C charging, so it can be recharged and the full 15ml used. The Vegas has a larger 1,300mAh battery, twice the size on paper (1,300 against 650), but it lists no charging port, so the battery decides the pen’s life. The larger cell relative to a 7.5ml tank is the sensible balance for a sealed device.

Rated puffs are 8,000 for the New York and 2,800 for the Vegas, both manufacturer-stated and assuming typical draws. We have not measured battery runtime, charging time or total puffs. If you charge the New York, use a quality USB adapter and keep it out of hot cars; see our charging guide, UAE heat safety guide and disposal guide.

Nicotine Strength and the UAE Cap

ISGO New York 8000 is 50mg/ml (5%) nicotine salt: 2.5× the UAE’s standard 20mg/ml cap — check the compliance mark on the box. ISGO Vegas 2800 is 20mg/ml (2%) nicotine salt, which sits at the UAE’s standard 20mg/ml cap. Strength is the clearest split between the two on the spec sheet, and it should decide the choice for anyone used to one level or the other.

At 20mg the Vegas delivers less nicotine per draw than the New York, and its airflow ring lets you loosen the draw further, so the two behave very differently for the same number of puffs.

Strength is printed on the box and on the product page; if it differs from what you expected, ask before you buy. Nicotine is addictive, and these products are sold only to adults aged 18 and over under UAE regulations; the UAE tobacco provisions are published at u.ae. Our UAE nicotine cap explainer covers the regulation and the compliance mark, and the nicotine strength guide helps you pick a level.

Value: Price and Cost per 1,000 Rated Puffs

ISGO New York 8000 costs AED 40 as a single unit, which is AED 5 per 1,000 rated puffs (8,000 rated puffs). The box of ten is AED 350, or AED 35 per unit and AED 4.38 per 1,000 rated puffs. ISGO Vegas 2800 costs AED 35 as a single unit, which is AED 12.5 per 1,000 rated puffs (2,800 rated puffs). The box of ten is AED 270, or AED 27 per unit and AED 9.64 per 1,000 rated puffs. On single-unit prices ISGO New York 8000 is cheaper per 1,000 rated puffs, by about 60%.

Rated puffs are manufacturer-stated and we have not measured them, so cost per 1,000 rated puffs is a way to compare prices on paper rather than a promise of real-world use. The Vegas costs less per unit but far more per 1,000 rated puffs, because its rating is under a third of the New York’s; the boxes narrow the gap to about AED 4.38 against AED 9.64. Our puff count guide and disposable vape price guide explain how the numbers are worked out.

Which One Should You Pick?

Pick the New York if you use 50mg, want the most liquid and the lowest cost per 1,000 rated puffs, and value a rechargeable device. It is a budget bar without extras, and the ten-pack at AED 350 brings the unit price to AED 35.

Pick the Vegas if you want 20mg at the UAE cap, a mesh coil with an airflow ring, twenty flavours and a slim pen at AED 35. It is the more flexible pen but the worse value per rated puff, and it is sealed, so it is disposed of when the battery is spent. Skip the New York if you want 20mg, and skip the Vegas if you want the most puffs for your money. Neither is a first device for anyone new to nicotine.
